As a foreigner myself in Mexico, I own various properties in Mexico, some with title pending, some with full title, and some under still (ejido, agrarian land) rules.

Buying sometimes under certain conditions is somewhat the same as planting potatoes. To harvest a bag full of potatoes you can not dig them up tomorrow already.

You have to give it some time to mature.

So I can say I have a full round of experience in this matter. I feel however you should always study the matter, presented through the eyes of an unbiased person.

In that way we will build  a much better trust and understanding.
